Speaking of which, that is a picture taken this afternoon in New York City. Why is it so pretty there, while L.A. - rumored to have some of the best weather in the world - has been spread over with a thick layer of gray. Take away the peanut butter, dammit. I just want the jelly.

it is gorgeous here today, and everyone gets so loopy and excited after winter, columbia's campus looks like disneyland. there were actually people juggling. and a wedding party.

aww, jess, i wish we could meet up for coffee and catch up! but, yes, they do include ny (if all goes as planned), so you best stay there! I want to know how everything is with you too! I am sure that you are doing wonderfully though. i envy your new yorkiness! i wish i had money for a plane ticket. i'd be there in a second... and i would never make you sleep on the floor!
